I want to let everyone one know that I too called Lonnie Griffen for a bathroom tile job. I highly recommend him for tile work. After my initial call to him, he promptly returned my call and came out to look at the job. Others that bothered to return my call put me off for several days. Lonnie gave me a very reasonable estimate and quickly came to do the work as scheduled. He and his crew were courteous and professional. When there were questions, he asked rather than assumed. When there were unexpected issues, he immediately let me know and quickly solved them. He was present for all of it. They showed up when expected and At the end of each day he would call me with an update and texted me photos of the progress. He had a snag one day and couldn’t come out so he called and then came out the next day which was a Saturday and they worked all day to stay on schedule. He can make recommendations and has an eye for design if you don’t. I took some of his suggestions but on certain particular things I wanted, he absolutely found a way to make it happen. He finished on time. After the job was done and I had paid him, I called him about a couple of tiny details. He came the next morning and took care of them.
